Philippians 1 :6 Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you. And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 1 Thessalonians 5:12,14

    3. What is Christian mentoring? Within intentional, empowering, unique relationships, Christian mentoring identifies and promotes the work of Gods Spirit in others lives, assisting them to access Gods resources for their growth and strength in spirituality, character and ministry.

    4. What is Christian mentoring? Context Intentional does not happen by accident Empowering leaves the mentoree stronger Unique Gods agenda for each person is unique Relationship mentoring gets personal

    5. What is Christian mentoring? Activity The work of Gods Spirit cue from what God is already doing Identification and promotion discover direction, develop momentum Means and subject matter Accessing Gods resources Spirituality, character and ministry deals with the whole person
