  1. “Keeping the Balance”Lead By Deb Clow From LEAD Conference Chicago, Illinois February 2012

  2. How Do We Keep The Balance? Deb Clow taught us many things in her presentation about keeping the balance with all the things that are going on in our lives. These are a few ones that stood out to us the most…

  3. Make a schedule It helps if you have a visual list of things you are doing this day, week and month. You should write things on a calendar or a daily schedule so you know when and where things are that you have going on.

  4. Prioritize Complete your things to do in order of priority (most important to least important). This will avoid not getting things done in time.

  5. Procrastination You got to get things done, so don’t put them off. All you are going to do is hurt yourself and waste your time.

  6. Just say “NO” Being involved in too many activities can drag you down and tire you out. It is okay to say “no” to something that is not as important as other stuff you plan to do.

  7. Take good care of yourself. Take time to eat right, get enough sleep and exercise. You will be better able to get your work done if you are well rested and healthy.

  8. The Number Game

  9. Concluding If we manage our time wisely, then we start to see that things get easier and we can do more than we thought we can.
