2. What is the movement for Good…. It starts with You? The Movement for Good…It starts with you was established in February preceding, and launched on 24 April 2008 in Johannesburg South Africa. It is a countrywide network of organisations that have come together to inspire and mobilise South Africans to become active citizens for good.

3. What is the movement for Good…. It starts with You? We assert that…. " A ‘movement’ spurred by the collaboration of several organisations and institutions that are sold to fanning a positive spirit in and about our country, can contribute to a positive national psyche and encourage mass positive action that can change the landscape that affects everyone’s psyche. Every little bit makes a difference, and if we can mobilise everyone into a national collective, as we believe we can, we can ALL contribute…for good.

4. What is the overall objective of the movement? To inspire and support each South African citizen (acting for good) to create a country that I, you and we all want to live in.

What is the overall objective of the movement? • This involves: • Drives to build and sustain national pride and patriotism amongst all South Africans. • Mobilising people into action (with a general guide for actions desired of an Active Citizen). This may mean among other strategies, facilitating the integration of the efforts of stakeholders who are currently engaged in mobilizing South Africans. The aim is to create synergistic coherence and a common thread (theme) that ties the campaigns together.
