College Enrolment Online applications open on Monday the 29th of April and close on the 10th of June. Please ensure you enrol during this period, even if you live in area. It is significantly more difficult to guarantee enrolment to the college of your choice if you miss this deadline.
Road Ready Road Ready takes place at Dickson College from Tuesday the 2nd of July to Thursday the 4th. On Friday the 5th students will have the opportunity to take two attempts at the learner licence test at school. The cost for Road Ready is $20, inclusive of the course and test. If a student is unable to attend, they will need to find a private provider.
Year 10 Formal The Year 10 Formal will be at the National Arboretum on Thursday the 12th of December. Ticket cost will be approx. $180 inclusive of three course meal, photographer, photo booth, DJ, and a year book.
Graduation The last day of school for Year 10 is Friday the 6th of December. This will involve a farewell assembly and then students will go to their final gathering off campus (yet to TBC). Year 10 Major Awards and Graduation Ceremony is at 6:30p.m. on Monday 16th of December in the hall.
Wellbeing Take care of yourself- talking to friends is good, but don’t be afraid to seek help from adults if things seem out of control. Parents and carers, contact us if you have concerns about your child’s wellbeing. There are lots of staff in the school who offer different things to student support.
