How to be a Collaborative Leader (Telling) • Encourage those who haven’t spoken to share their ideas • Make note of everyone’s ideas and review them at the end of the meeting • Communicate any news and developments with everyone • Give the group time to respond • Allow and encourage the group to interact with each other Source: Work Group for Community Health and Development at the University of Kansas
