  12. Electronic Match Cards Competition Teams only (U12 and older) Printed by Team Manager each week Game will be forfeited if fail to produce Carry Generic cards Max 16 players Complete them properly (Shirt #s, ID #s) or fines Match Cards

  13. Electronic Match Cards After Match Winning team collects BOTH home team and away team cards and drops them in RED box on storeroom door at NBO (home team if a draw) – fines if fail to do this. Generic Cards Printing

  14. Photo IDs Competition Teams (U12 and older) Team Manager to ensure photos are uploaded for all players Uploaded via Team Managers System Upload Player Photos

  15. Forfeits Must complete form and submit via Northbridge Admin Deadline – Thurs 12Noon Form on website If last minute – call opposition club Forfeit Forms Men’s Squads + SSF do not forfeit

  16. Wet Weather General Rule – If council closes grounds, matches / training are off, otherwise matches are on. Willoughby City Council Wet Weather Line 9777 7631. NSFA website updated late Friday nights if weather / forecast is bad. What is on website is correct! Common sense / safety prevails
