  3. Teacher Training • Several took online courses through ASCD • Early Ed relationship training • Ministry Training • ODE workshop for trainers (K-8+) • 40 Developmental Assets of Youth

  4. Resources • The Bully Free Classroom, etc. • New student resources • Lutheran Family Services • RRLC Counselor and Care Team • Bible Studies, PTO, MOPS, etc. • ODE and other “outside” resources • Teachers creativity and planning

  5. Results to date • Similar number of relationship issues coming to my office • Fewer parent contacts with concerns? • Noticeable difference in tone or demeanor of “targeted” classroom groups • Growing relationships from Home Visits • Increased parent volunteerism, but specialized
