Geographic Scope / Project Study Area • Set boundary of: Town/Village/City Limits and 500 yr flood plus ¼ mile • Include Central Bridge, North Blenheim (for EMS services) • Areas outside the project boundary may be considered for relocation or construction of assets • Not all plan components may need to use the full geographic boundary 3

Community Vision Example Vision Statement We commit to the flood resiliency and sustainable revitalization of our towns and villages. With this plan, we strive to: Support local businesses and farms with business recovery, technology improvements, and future planning assistance. Increase the vitality of main streets and downtown centers, and their resilience to future storms. Expand the range of housing options by rehabilitating & reinforcing existing housing stock, promoting “green” development, and focusing new construction in strategic areas. Promote the communities’ historic and cultural assets as a draw for tourism Adapt housing and service improvements to serve vulnerable populations 5
