ITP Background • Formed 2001 as a partnership by Keith Bentley and Phil Peers • Today ITP works all over the UK and ROI delivering CII and IIE examination, broker and staff training workshops • 2016 held over 1,000 training days, in all areas of CII studies. ITP Experience • Triple the national CII examination pass rate - 95% • Five national prize winners in a 12 month period • Provide interactive training sessions which are market focused • Presentations, coaching, mentoring and lively debate • Experienced professional trainers with real market knowledge. Achieving your ACII • 5 Advanced subjects required • No written examinations • Wide range of subjects • Delivered via a programme of interactive workshops and mentoring sessions The Fast Track Subjects: • Advanced Claims (Jan – Mar 2017) • Advanced Broking (May – Aug 2017) • Advanced Underwriting (Sept – Dec 2017) • Risk Management (Q1 2018) • Marketing (Q2 2018) Continuing Professional Development in association with:

The Fast Track Programme • 3 workshops for each of the 5 advanced subjects over 2 years • Full day workshops (8.45am – 4.30pm) at Piccadilly House • Mentoring days in addition • Regular feedback from both parties. Your commitment: • Up to 40 hours work per module • Attendance of all workshops • Arrive on time and stay all day – no work distractions! • Support from manager.   8. Support Provided • ITP tutors offering coaching on coursework presentation • Ongoing advice and support • IIM support • Full paid for workshops, venue and hospitality • Mentoring sessions for each topic. Continuing Professional Development in association with:

Coursework Guidelines • 3 pieces of coursework required for each module, a max of 3,200 words • Each piece of coursework to be completed within 4 weeks of the workshop • Plagiarism is forbidden and you will be caught! Coursework is marked twice, up to 40 days to be returned. Breakdown of marks: Knowledge & understanding: 24 points = 30% Application & analysis: 40 points = 50% Coherent Structure: 8 points = 10% Examples: 8 points = 10% Continuing Professional Development in association with:

What ITP will do • Help you to present coursework in accordance with the CII rules • Provide an understanding of the module • Cover key module content using a variety of teaching methods. • Help you to think about how questions are posed and how to answer • Answer technical and general queries relating to the subject • Teach submission procedures for assignments. What ITP will not do • Provide direct answers to coursework questions • Provide written or printed handouts • Restrict workshops to research needed for coursework • Read or mark any coursework • Enter into email correspondence about the technical content of coursework.
