7. Risks for the patients • 23% of vaccination injections prepared in unsafe conditions • 19% of therapeutic injections non sterile • 15% of health workers said that they reused injection equipment without sterilization

8. Risks for injection providers • 50% of health workers practice two-handed recapping • 70% of health facilities use an open container to collect sharp wastes • 70% of health workers reported accidental needlesticks in the last 12 months

9. Risk for the community • Sharp wastes around 45% of health facilities • 67% of health facilities with poor waste disposal practices
