The Partnership The Partnership is made up of agencies and groups that can impact on crime and disorder reduction and community safety. These include: • The Borough and County Council • Police and Police Authority • Fire and Rescue • Magistrates • Health and Education • DAAT • Other Agencies/Services including Probation, Youth Offending, Youth Service, Next Generation Project, Bosworth Safety Forum. Neighbourhood Action Teams, Victim Support • Community Relations, Voluntary Sector, Business Sector

CURRENT PERFORMANCE 1st April to 1st September 2008 • Overall Crime down 7.9% (Less 209 offences) In particular • Domestic Burglary down 25% - less 44 offences • Violent Crime down 25% - less 51 offences • Total Violent Crime down 14% - less 89 offences • Criminal Damage down 22% - less 141 offences • Earl Shilton and Barwell down 11% less 64 offences • Safe Summer Campaign Assault/harassment/public order down 40.6% Overall Crime down 16.6%
