The Conference would • Enable networking between the Independent Sector Workers and those employed within the NHS. • Will give an incite and understanding into a number of specific areas of practice which will encourage further learning. • Will help them identify their future learning pathways to enable progression • Will provide a CPD Certificate for their portfolio. • Will encourage Membership of the RCN
The Aim was to: Facilitate learning away from the work place and to give the participants a feeling of self worth by expressing how valuable their work is.
