Incident Action Plan • General Control Objectives • Provide for the health, safety, and welfare of all personnel working in and around the event • Ensure the security of the dignitaries at each venue • Coordinate with all involved agencies to support the operational needs of the event • Facilitate secure transportation for each dignitary and his or her detail • Document all critical items and significant events

Communications After Action Review • Lessons Learned • Only the supervisor console at SLCC had the talkgroup – all consoles in the center should be the same • Venue commanders should have a view of the CAD while at the venue • More briefing time dedicated to communications would have mitigated radio training issues
