Case study: e-ILP • Pilot at Redbridge College – initial specification • Moodle plugin based on initial ideas from Barking College • Specification extended with knowledge of ULCC customer base • Further development funded by other customers • Community release – 3rd most popular Moodle package • Continuous improvement and extension of scope
