It's no surprise that The HT Group has responded proactively to the recent economic downturn. Their philosophy and work ethic has always been focused on doing whatever they can to improve Texas businesses and improve the lives of Texans. To that end, they have introduced the HT Cares! program. HT Cares! is an initiative designed to leverage local business leaders' experience to re-open Texas businesses.

  2. How The HT Group Is Doing Their Part to Get Texas Back to Work with HT Cares! One way in which The HT Group has always stood out is the level to which the people are truly invested in the welfare of Texas and Texans. The HT Group makes lives better by connecting people, whether providing services as a temp agency Austin or an executive recruiting partner. It makes sense that during a time of economic fluctuation affecting the people and businesses of Texas, the leadership of The HT Group put their heads together to brainstorm some solutions. The product of that collaboration is the HT Cares! initiative, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive. The HT Cares! Idea The idea for the HT Cares! initiative was to establish a multi-phased approach to take advantage of the collective insight, expertise, and experience of any Austin-area C-suite executives who volunteered. The HT Group would establish a sort of executive think tank to figure out how the collective experience of local business leaders could contribute to re- opening Texas businesses.

  3. Texas’s Response to HT Cares! The response left The HT Group’s leadership awe-struck. More than 30 Austin-area executives have responded to the call to volunteer by the staffing agency Austin. CEOs, CIOs, COOs, PMOs, and other top-tier executives, including those from Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions, came together to help Texas find a way to navigate through this crisis. The results of the initiative have already helped Texas people and businesses. The HT Group has put approximately 75 people who had lost their jobs back to work. That’s 75 people with a steady pay check who don’t have to file for unemployment or worry about paying their bills. The Executive Leader to Leader Conversation The final step in the HT Cares! initiative is the Executive Leader to Leader Conversation. It’s an opportunity for professionals to request a free conversation from a business leader that holds a similar position, with a similar area of expertise or in a similar industry. It allows for professionals and business leaders to benefit from another pair of eyes on their re-opening strategy, or simply speak with a totally confidential sounding board to discuss ideas or concerns.
