  5. Cost Whipping Cream - $2.69 Homogenized Milk - $0.88 Vanilla Ice cream – $0.12 Gummy Bears – $0.35 Oreo Cookie Crumbs – $0.29 Chocolate Chips – $0.26 The Total Cost is $4.59

  6. Why we chose……... • We chose our ingredients because the students preferred Gummy Bears , Chocolate Chips, Oreo Cookie Crumbs And Vanilla Ice Cream the most.

  7. Profit & Sell • We are going to sell our blizzard for $5.00 • Our profit will be $0.41

  8. How we froze the ice cream First we put all the ingredients into a small plastic bag. Second we put ice and salt in a bigger plastic bag. Third we put the smaller plastic bag inside the bigger plastic bag. Fourth we will shake .the bags for about 5 minutes really hard

  9. How it froze… • The ice cream froze because adding salt to ice lowers the freezing point so the ice melts (the ice gains energy and the atoms speed up) . Melting requires energy. The energy comes from the milk and ingredients in the smaller bag ( the atoms slow down). The ingredients give up so much energy that it freezes
