The kind of environment we are constantly exposed to and the kind of people that surrounds us can all have an impact in our lives. We may not notice it but the stress and tension are all contributing factors that can trigger bad habits.

  3. For this reason, it is important to balance work and personal relationships properly. One way to do this is by practicing time management. Establish a schedule that will allow you to have time for your work and social life, and enough time to spare for quality rest. It is all about managing your time and balancing your schedule. Another way to balance your life is by enjoying the company of your friends. Make time for it. Also, stay away from stressful topics such as problems at work and deadlines whenever you are spending time with them. It helps to set a “no mobile phone” rule whenever you are out with your friends so that you can devote your time to certain topics and activities that you all enjoy. 

  4. Be mindful of the signs of getting burned out. Work tends to bring out the best and the worse in us. Do not feel guilty about taking time to refresh your mind and to realign your elements whenever you feel that you are not happy with work anymore.
