Purpose • The purpose of the conference will be to provide an overview of the project and answer questions regarding the solicitation documents. • Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the contract will not be binding.   5. Overview of CQ15116 The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires highly qualified responsive and responsible Contractor(s) to provide: a) armed security services, b) collection and transporting, and c) processing of Rail, SmartTrip, Parking and Bus revenue.
