  2. As the general contractor, Thomas Huling was involved in all phases of commercial, subdivision, residential and hotel projects. During the ten years that he ran the company he reviewed and authorized blueprints and site development plans, prepared cost breakouts and budgets, synchronized field activities, and supervised work crews.

  3. Looking back, he says that his experiences with Multi-State Development were invaluable. "My responsibilities within my corporations, he says, "have always encompassed the preparation, negotiations and executions of contracts, financing procurement, fiscal projections, establishing of budgets, manpower scheduling, project staffing, and selection of various consultants."

  4. Multi-State Development was the first company that he founded. Today Thomas Huling is the Director of four companies, which he founded over the last five years. These companies include Global Investment Company, based in Luxembourg, the World Holding Group, LLC, based in Cranston, Rhode Island, and most recently Global MedInvent, which he launched at the start of 2014.
