  5. Key Activities • Buying in bulk = Weekly orders from customers tells us what quantity we should buy in Bulk. • Shipping = DHL express With Tracking • Quality control = All products shall go through extensive testing before shipment

  8. Key Resources • Arduino = Programmable speed and distance of the camera mount. Using a computer connected to a USB port to the Camera Mount. • Servo Motors = The main electronic component. This moves the camera Mount along the slider

Who will we sell to We cater for all Photographers and Videographers • Main focus beginners • Get new businesses using it • Advertising a new concept to anyone who is looking to put up a lot of content on their website • This is cost efficient and creates something professional and new Mass Market • Short film makers • Hotels • Restaurants • Anyone who whishes to show people their venue in a unique way

What support do we offer our customers Big online presence • Company website • Facebook • Pinterest • Youtube • Simply tutorials will be added to our online sites to make sure customers get the most out of our product • Tips and Tricks for customers Forums • An online forum will be set up so customers can discuss their problems and we can see and get in contact with any problems people are having • People can also contact us on any of our online platforms if they want to talk to use directly
