2. Welcome Aim: Identify and agree key targets for the National Year 1 NSP Implementation plan.
Key requirement: Multi-sector approach.
Key benefit:
Shared understanding of requirements and focus.
To help alignment of all Year 1 initiatives
providing a platform to grow into year 2 and ultimately ensure all NSP targets are met over the 5 year period.
A usable plan: A consolidated plan to which SANAC structures (at all levels) will start to monitor and evaluate to track NSP implementation performance.
The result: Sufficient insight to launch the Year 1 plan on 24th March.
