Submitting Day-Ahead offers • Due to commitment issues, ISO-NE determined that units that are bid with a positive economic maximum must have a corresponding economic minimum bid of at least 1 MW. As such, ISO-NE has re-declared such bids accordingly for days 1 and 2 of this external market trial. Review of the OI_UNITOPER report will indicate the specific hours of re-declaration. • Participants should ensure that they bid in this manner for the last day of this market trial.
