  4. The HealMobile Mission: • To offer holistic health and CAM information, cultural/spiritual healing, coaching & support • To enfold visitors into the global Africamerican & people-of-color experience using the HH lens

  5. What is Holistic Health? (HH) Any approach to improving well-being that acknowledges the interrelatedness of the mind, body, spirit and the emotions.

  6. What is Complementary and Alternative Medicine? (CAM) Any approach that partners with conventional medicine (allopathy) or offers non-Western methods to achieve the same aims as conventional medicine.
