  3. ¿QUÉ ES UN BLOG? • Un weblog (blog bitácora), es un sitio web periódicamente actualizado. • Recopila cronológicamente textos o artículos de uno o varios autores que los usan para informar, compartir, debatir los temas que les interesan. • Los lectores pueden escribir sus comentarios y el autor darles respuesta, de forma que es posible establecer un diálogo. • Toda la gestión, publicación y diseño se hace vía Internet.

  4. ¿DÓNDE SURGEN Y POR QUÉ? • Surgen en E.E.U.U. en los años 90. • Adquieren importancia con la utilización masiva por periodistas en la Guerra del Golfo. • A partir del 2000 su uso crece de manera exponencial (30 millones) • CONSTITUYEN UNA EVOLUCIÓN DESDE LA WEB ESTÁTICA HACIA UNA WEB DINÁMICA
