  1. Companion animal nutrition is much more than putting food into a bowl. • Objectives include: physiological response to nutrients and the interaction of different nutrients with each other. • Lifestage feeding • Illness feeding • Pet food label interpretation

Class room conduct: • No hats, no hoods. • No sleeping, I will wake you once, the second time I will excuse you from class. • No eating or drinking (other than water in an approved container) • No background chatter. Please ask me any questions you may have. • Respectful and professional attitudes towards myself and each other.

  6. You will receive 30 homework points per certificate. You have the term to complete the modules. 3 certificates will be turned in by the last day of term Certificates must be printed and handed in. E-mailed certificates will not be graded.

  7. Daily Nutrition Matters: purinaproplanvets.com Print out certificates: 50 points per certificate (x3) due the last day of class.

  8. I highly recommend that you do not wait to complete the modules. If everyone tries to complete them at the last minute, the site will crash. Ms. Huff is not responsible for website issues.
