Illiana Corridor Project Milestones • Project Milestones • November 8, 2013: IDOT released Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for potential P3 concessionaire teams • December 4, 2013: IDOT/INDOT will host DBE and Industry Outreach Event • December 19, 2013: Deadline to respond to RFQ • Spring 2014: Publish Final EIS and receive Record of Decision (ROD) from the FHWA • Spring 2014: IDOT to release Request for Proposals (RFP) • Fall 2014: Award contract and begin negotiations • Fall 2015-2018: Project construction
