VICTORY MIDDLE SCHOOL Estimated cost - $30 million CM – Beniton Architect – LCA Completion – August 22, 2016 Status – Punch list of classroom wings this week, expect to begin moving in furniture next week Projected cost – $27,327,836 Prelim Architect Fees - $713,343 (Plant) Adjusted 2015 Bond cost - $26,614,493 Remaining contingency - $728,131

  3. HILLSDALE ELEMENTARY Estimated cost - $10 million CM – Russell Architect – Hummel Completion – August 22, 2016 Status – Substantial completion July 30, begin moving furniture into building the first week in August Projected cost – $14,705,379 Remaining contingency - $145,395

  4. MERIDIAN HIGH SCHOOL Estimated cost - $24 million CM – CM Company Architect – Hummel Estimated completion – October 2017 Status – Punch list of Phase 3B this week, Phase 5 completed March 2017, Phase 4 demo has begun, Phase 6 demo begins March 2017 Projected cost - $20,637,382 Remaining contingency - $1,269,339

  5. STAR MIDDLE SCHOOL Estimated cost - $30 million CM – ESI Architect – LCA Estimated completion – November 2017 Projected cost – $29,908,218 Remaining contingency - $1,000,000

  6. FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL SITE ACQUISITION $2,000,000 West of Ten Mile Road between Chinden and I-84 50-55 acres minimum

  7. 2015 BOND SUMMARY • 2015 Bond - $96,000,000 • Projected cost of all projects - $93,879,002 • Interest earned to date on 2015 bond - $435,000 • Unencumbered contingency - $3,142,865 • Unencumbered bond revenue - $5,698,863 • 96,000,000 – 93,879,002 = 2,120,998 + 435,000 + 3,142,865 = $5,698,863
