SEM Issues • Owner/Operator Difficulty • Modification to allow Operator rights to create new equipment is scheduled • NPRR to clarify responsibility for modeling transmission equipment owned by non-registered entities has been written. • Large Number of Line renames • Complications with the scheduled outages • One line drawings must be updated • Contingencies must be renamed • Resource Owned Transmission Equipment • TSP naming doesn’t always match names in RARF • Database Load Frequency • Approval to Energize Process
