  1. Perm state technical university. The Berezniki branch. The Berezniki branch was opened in 1958 according to the order of the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR with the purpose of the training of experts with higher education. More than 9 thousand specialists have graduated from the University for 50 years.

  2. Today the Berezniki branch represents a complete complex consisting of two buildings. • 22 rooms for seminars and practical training. • 12 computer classes. • 2 sports halls. • Library with two reading halls. • 2 dining rooms and a medical aid station.

  3. Now our university has 6 chairs: • «Automation of Technological Processes» • «Technology and Mechanical Production» • «Chemical Technology and Ecology» • «The Chair of Economics» • «General-Scientific Disciplines» • «The Chair of Mining Engineering»

  4. Our university has 9 specialities: • «Automation of Technological Processes and Production» • «Machines and Apparatus of Chemical Production» • «Chemical technology of Inorganic Substances» • "Economics and Enterprise Management“ • «Industrial and Civil Engineering» • «Environmental Protection» • «Computer Science and Computer Engineering» • «Power Supply» • «Underground Natural Resources Field Development»

  5. Cultural activities: - The Freshmen Day. - Festival “Student concert-theatrical spring PSTU”. - Competition “Miss and Mister PSTU”. - Games of The KVN teams. - Championships and tournaments in the intellectual games.
