  3. Cortez sailed to Cuba and his job there was to be a judge and a mayor.

  4. He was 18 when he sailed to be an explorer.

  5. He went to Hispanola island first.

  6. Cortez went to Spain's headquarters. then he went to the west indies (Asia).

  7. Then he helped the Conquistadores in Cuba in 1511.

  8. He took over Tenochtitlan on August 13,1521.

  9. He later died in December 1588.
