1. BeresfordBooster Club “14th Annual Frostbite 4” South Dakota’s Premier Winter Road Race Saturday, February 2, 2013—11:00 a.m. Beresford High School

2. Registration • Online at www.allsportcentral.com • Pick up registration forms in one of our school offices • Day of the race from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at Beresford High School

3. Registration Fees • $25 • through January 27, 2013 • $30 • January 28-February 2, 2013

4. New to the FB 4 in 2013!! • Championship Chip Timing by All Sport Central of Sioux Falls. • All Bib #’s will include a chip for timing the 2-mile and 4-mile races. • Chips will provide accurate, instantaneous times and results.

5. Entries • All entries will receive official Beresford Booster Club Frostbite 4 long-sleeve t-shirts. • All entries will be eligible for door prizes at the conclusion of the races. • Ceramic Frostbite 4 figurines awarded to overall female and male winners of 2-mile and male and female age group winners in the 4-mile race.

6. Participants • Free post-race chili and soup feed for all participants following the race at the Bridges at Beresford • Located just west of the high school

7. Races • 4 mile • 2 mile run / walk • 3 courses will be marked • Weather conditions on the day of the race will determine which course is used • Runners will be bused to the race starting line • Finish line will be at Beresford High School

8. Runners • Water and Gatorade will be available for all participants. • Bathroom and shower facilities will be available at the high school.

9. Age Groups • Separate categories for males and females • Overall winner • 18 and under • 19-29 • 30-39 • 40-49 • 50-59 • 60-69 • 70+
