  3. 2013 -2014 Production Season • Riverfest Children’s Performance • Fall Play/One-Act • Friend’s Club Holiday Show • Winter Show • Spring Musical • Improv. Night??

  4. Children’s Show • Androcles and the Lion and Original Fairy Tales • Acting 1 Class • Saturday, September 28th, 2013 • 3 – 4 performances • Boling Park in the Children’s Area • Great Advertising Opportunity!!

  5. November 1st and 2nd • One-Act Version to Competition on October 26th @ Milton High School • Rehearsals underway • Rights: $150 • Needs: • Fake Coffin • Truck to move set to Milton on October 26th • Baby stuff (Diaper Bag, Stroller, Baby Blankets, etc. ) • Portable Oxygen Machine • Kentucky Fried Chicken Bucket • Dairy Queen bags and styrofoam cups

  6. Friend’s Club Holiday Show • December 12th • Specific Show TBA • Most Needs handled by Friend’s Club • Concession Sales as Fundraiser • “Pay What you Can” Show

  7. Winter Show “And Then They Came for Me: The World of Anne Frank.” • More Serious Show • Mixed Media with video of Holocaust Survivors and monologues and short scenes • Great opportunity for young actors • January 17th and 18th • Costume/Prop Needs will be emailed • Rights/Scripts/Rentals: $ 592.50 ($100 Deposit)

  8. Spring Musical • April 17th, 18th and 19th • Auditions week of January 20th • Will need large, elaborate set • Costuming will be a challenge, rentals? • Rights/Rentals: $1970 plus shipping and handling • ($400 Deposit)

  9. Other Events • Homecoming Parade: Week of October 14th • Shakespeare Tavern Field Trip: Othello: October 29th • Chaperones needed • $25 cost • ITS Conference: Columbus, GA: February 6, 7 and 8 • Chaperones needed • $200 cost • Drama Day: Date TBD, Sometime in March • Chaperones needed • $20 cost • Improv. Night? Sometime in May, Senior Run Fundraiser

  10. Booster Club Officers • President – Works with Mrs. Taylor to make decisions, set meetings and generally organize events and volunteers • Vice-President – Supports President (We can also do “Co-Presidents”) • Secretary -- Takes minutes at meetings, emails them to group, sends reminders of meetings and events via e-mail • Treasurer – Handles all financial needs for the club Nominations??
