4. The FDC is going to try to secure funding for an external speaker. Consequently, do you know anyone you could recommend who could visit and present to our faculty? • Yes – I know an expert on and textbook writer for task-based language teaching
5. In your opinion, what can the FDC do to better highlight our faculty achievements to the rest of the NUCBacademic community? • Enhance Virtual Presence • Enhance Real World Presence
6. The FDC is going to try to secure some language teaching publications. Ifit is successful, what journals would you recommend for our faculty? • Linguistics/Applied Linguistics/ELT related Journals (e.g. Studies in Second Language Acquisition, Pragmatics, ELT Journal, JALT Call Journal, JALT Journal) • Unnecessary – databases accessible (library)
