FEH Hutch construction plan • Bids were well below estimates • Contract about to be signed • Steel frame procurement already under way • Construction finished Dec 2009 • CXI installation could start early 2010 • Basic services installed Feb 2010 • Network, PPS
Open issues with hutches • PPS design needs to be finalized • Utilization of mezzanine • Cooling water system upgrade These issues will be easier to resolve when instrument designs are final
