BOSTIK FINDLEY becomes BOSTIK • As a result of a merger on January 1, 2001, Bostik and Ato Findley became Bostik Findley. • Over the past three years Bostik Findley results showed great success. • TOTAL has decided to split the Chemical Branch into different entities giving us the opportunity to change our identity: • Total Petrochemicals, petrochemical operations and fertilizers. • Specialties Group, combining Bostik (adhesives), Cray Valley and Sartomer (resins), Hutchinson (rubber processing), and Atotech (electroplating). • Arkema, a new business unit, encompassing vinyl products, industrial chemicals, and performance products. • Effective October 1, 2004 Bostik Findley’s new company name and identity will be Bostik. 2
