Thursdays 4pm – Dark 3/13 – Monday League 3/20 – Tuesday League 3/27 – Wednesday League 4/ 3– Any Leagues 4/10 – Makeup, if needed Each Team must perform 4 hours of work per league Scheduled projects TBD Captains/players welcome to propose ideas! Free beverages provided after the work parties! Work Party Schedule

  6. Monday – 10 teams Tuesday – 6 teams Wednesday – 6 teams Co-ed – TBD per night The minimum number of teams for a League to operate is 6 Planned League Structure

  7. League Schedule • Two weeks of practices. • March 24 through April 3rd • Regular season begins Monday April 7th • Schedules to be sent out prior to April 1st • Week of July 4th there WILL BE games

  8. Future Meetings and Important Dates • March 11th • Deposits due ($100 per team per league) • April 1st • Final Franchise fees due • April 2nd - Rosters due, submitted through website • Week of April 7th or Before 1st game • Waivers submitted to League Commissioner

  9. Future Meetings and Important Dates (cont.) • April 16th – Final Date to pay Franchise Fees without $50 late fee imposed • April 23rd • Last date to pay all Franchise Fees and Penalties without removal from the league

Concession Stand Help Wanted Shack Employees Wanted :  Due to the passing of Barney and Kim, we are in the process of hiring a shack manager and hourly employees.   Manager duties include: Purchasing food items for sale - Bookkeeping of purchases/sales - Overseeing and scheduling a staff of 2-3  - Helping the staff cook/setup Our summer leagues begin in March and have games Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and some Thursdays, beginning at 5:30.   In addition, we frequently have weekend tournaments which require opening the concession stand.  During the fall, games are played on Thursdays at 5:15.  The concession manager is expected to arrive prior to the start of games to fulfill purchasing/bookkeeping/setup duties. Interested parties should email Ed Nowottnick (epnowott@gmail.com) with a brief statement of previous experience.  References are always a plus. Hourly duties include:  Serving food and beverages, operating cash register, cleaning and sweeping after each service.  Hours typically are from 5PM - 9PM.
