Purpose: to better understand how our being called saints is significant in our quest to live for Him Who died for us
We are called of Jesus Christ (1:6) – we are “called to be saints” (1:7)!

Conclusion and Summary Romans 1:5, the key verse of this first chapter has Paul making clear that he was called to be an apostle NOT just to lead the Gentiles to faith as an end in itself, but to lead them to the kind of faith that produces obedience. God wants obedience, yet; but He wants obedience that comes or results from, faith in Jesus Christ…
