  15. 东北虎：也叫西伯利亚虎、蒙古虎、满洲虎、阿穆尔虎、乌苏里虎、阿尔泰虎、朝鲜虎等。除黑龙江、吉林外，西伯利亚和朝鲜北部有分布。东北虎：也叫西伯利亚虎、蒙古虎、满洲虎、阿穆尔虎、乌苏里虎、阿尔泰虎、朝鲜虎等。除黑龙江、吉林外，西伯利亚和朝鲜北部有分布。     （2）华北虎，曾分布在河北、山西。本世纪初还捕猎过，现已绝迹。 （3）华南虎，也叫中国虎、厦门虎，是我国的特产珍贵动物，分布于长江流域，两广、川、贵、闽地区，现仅残留几十头。     （4）西北虎，也叫新疆虎、塔里木虎。分布在新疆博斯腾湖附近，近年在民间还不断有虎的传闻，是否遗存尚待证实。 （5）西双版纳虎，也叫云南虎、印支虎、南亚虎。分布在马来西亚、泰国、老挝、越南、柬埔寨等国和我国西双版纳。过去被认为是孟加拉虎，经动物学家研究了一百多个虎的标本后，在1968年才确定了这一新亚种虎。

It has a glossy brown coat with a lighter-colored throat. Its webbed feet have small blunt claws.THREATS TO: Destruction of the otter's wetland habitat
