The FSLA indicators cover all descriptors from the FPLS and the indicators required by statute, rule, or RTTT expectations.

FY13 FSLA 5-Step Process • Step 1: Orientation Session– by the end of February, 2013 • Step 2: Initiation of Forms by Administrator being evaluated – by end of March, 2013 • Step 3: Monitoring, Data Collection, and Application to Practice – March, April, & May 2013 • Step 4: Finalization of Monitoring, Data Collection, and Application to Practice - TBD • Step 5: The Year-End Meeting addresses the FSLA score and Student Growth Measures – TBD
