  3. The Analysis Process consists of more than just analyzing the data Getting data in Getting results out Need to look at the entire workflow

  4. Analysts are NOT the decision makers Analysts need to deliver understandable information to the decision makers.

  5. Not all analysts are happy with their current process • Any support for the analysis process needs to support what is currently done • AND needs to help community move towards a desired process • Which, unfortunately, most of them are not able to articulate:-
