  2. Réception des échantillons déballer les échantillons d’un candidat Vérifier Nom, référence, quantité, lot d ’AO, lot de fabrication Identification de l’échantillon par lot d’A.O. Contrôle de conformité par rapport à intitulé Rejet des produits non conformes Fiche de réception = enregistrement

  3. Classement par lot d’A.O. Regroupement des produits de tous les candidats S’assurer qu ’il y a assez d ’échantillons Demander nouveaux échantillons si besoin Prélèvement pour l’échantillothèque Rangement à la cave pour durée du marché

  4. Analyse des lots à mettre en essai
