Utility Compliance with Commission BTA Decision 70635 • ACC regulated utilities held workshops to develop ways transmission projects can be identified, constructed and financed in a manner which will support growth of renewables in AZ. • ACC regulated utilities took the work of AZ Renewable Task Force and SWAT Renewable Task Force s and identified the top three renewable transmission projects in their respective service territories. • Each ACC regulated utility, alone or with others developed plans to identify future renewable transmission projects and development plans and propose funding mechanisms to construct the top three renewable transmission projects. These plans and proposals were filed with the ACC by October 31, 2009, and will be discussed in the 6th Biennial Transmission Assessment. http://images.edocket.azcc.gov/docketpdf/0000091783.pdf
