Scope • Mata kuliah ini membahas konsep dasar dan ruang lingkup MSDM serta berbagai macam fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusi antara lain perencanaan MSDM, analisis dan desain pekerjaan, penarikan dan seleksi karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, pengembangan karier, penilaian prestasi kerja, evaluasi pekerjaan, kompensasi dan upah insentif. Mata kuliah ini mempelajari tentang fungsi-fungsi operasional manajemen sumber daya manusia, meliputi pengadaan, pengembangan, kompensasi, pemeliharaan, integrasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja.
