Enabling leadership help members develop to their fullest potential. Church leaders equip, support, motivate, empower and mentor their leaders and members to become all that God wants them to be.

Your top priority as a Leader is your relationship with God. The ultimate leader is Jesus Christ, God’s Son. We should strive to be more like Him. 2. Regardless of how big or small your circle of influence. Your own self-identity as a leader is extremely important. 3. Seek ways to constantly develop your leadership skills. 4. Leaders have the mindset that no problem is so large that it can't be solved.
