What to Expect - Meetings • Meet every other week • We meet Mondays 6-7 • Weigh in • Pictures (bring same swim suit each time) • Q and A • Weekly tips and education
What to Expect - Fitness • Must workout minimum of 3x per week • At home; gym; trainer; Fitt camps; with one another… • Workout program provided • Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced • Intensity is KEY • Workout should not be EASY • Shoot for higher heart rate • Full range of motion
What to Expect - Nutrition • Follow your program provided by your coach • Hit protein factor every day • Stay in calorie range • ONE carb serving??!! • Aside from fruit/veggies – notice there is only ONE serving of complex carb per day!! • What is ONE serving? See food list on ProjectMeCentral.com • The golden rule • 5% Protein = OK … Hard boiled egg has 5g of protein in 100 calories • 10% Protein = GOOD… Boca Burgers have 10g of protein in 100 calories • 20% Protein = SUPER… Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, turkey, beverage mix have 20 grams of protein in 100 cal • Avoid late night eating; enjoy in moderation variation; support; fun • Post and share recipes on our group page • Try new foods • Spice it up! • Ask for help!
What to Expect – Group Support • Private Facebook Group – Are you on it?? • Accountability and continuous contact to the group will provide you with better results! • Post motivation – pics& quotes • Support your direct team, location and everyone • Cheer one another on • Post workouts and or feedback • Share progress results • Ask questions • There will be coaches answering questions all the time! • If you have a question; someone else is probably wondering the same thing! • Share your struggles, chances are we’ve had the same struggle and have a solution • See Weekly Results • Connect with your team outside of class!
What to Expect – Photos • Biweekly swimsuit pictures • Front, side, back • Most pictures will be posted in private group unless there is a substantial transformation • Share enticing pictures that tell a story and show results! • Strategies to get to your photo shoot body as you get close • Together you and your photographer will pick your Hot Shot when you reach goal weight, up to two-week prep to get to your ideal shape for the type of shoot
Project Me Commitments • Marketing…. • Front, side, back • Post and tag your coach/location 3x a week • Help promote ongoing events for Project Me • Post final hot shots or results online and invite social media sphere to subsequent weight loss challenge • Live out loud on Social Media • Invite your friends & Family members to the Project Me weigh ins…success is much easier with a partner • Follow the nutrition and fitness every day • Invite your friends to join your coaches wellness/fitness page • You are our spokesperson. Our success comes only with your success!
