Purpose: • Gain momentum for Sports Facilities Master Plan • Execute a lease agreement between Panther Pride Association and Oconto Falls School District for land north of High School parking lot. • Construct 2 Softball Fields on said property. • Complete excavation activities during Fall of 2012.

  4. Estimates: • Excavation $57,000 • Fencing $37,000 • Sport Dirt (Infield) $15,000 • Grass $12,000 • Curb $ 8,000 • Dugouts $ 8,000 • Bleachers $ 0 • 10% Contingency $13,000 • TOTAL $150,000

  5. Current Funding: • Panther Pride $30,000 • OF Booster Club $15,000 • School District $30,000 • Grants ?? • Angel Contributions ?? • TOTAL $75,000 * Current funding adequate to complete minimum of excavation and grass seeding.

  6. Future Upgrades: • 40’ x 80’ Pavillion with Entrance, Ticket Stand, Concessions, and Sitting Area • Lights • Enclose Dugouts
