Grants (I): Re Integration Grants • Objective: Re Settlement of Young Egyptian Brilliant Researcherin Egypt • Target Group: Egyptian Researchers obtained their PhD since 5 years from one of the top 250 Universities in the world. • Grant amount: 750,000 EGP for a period of three years • Funding for PI • Funding for PI’s Assistants • Participation in the cost of Scientific Publishing • Participation in the cost of Short Missions. • Application Procedure: www.stdf.org.eg

Grants (II): Young Researcher Grant • Objective: Encourage Young Researchers to build a Career based on Science and Technology • Target Group: Young Researchers (less than 40 years old) having at least 2 International Publications in Highly Cited Journals. • Grant amount: 500,000 EGP for a period of three years • Funding for PI • Funding for PI’s Assistants • Participation in the cost of Scientific Publishing • Participation in the cost of Short Missions. • Application Procedure: www.stdf.org.eg

Grants (III): Basic and Applied Research Grants • Objective: Encourage any researcher / Research teams to conduct “High Quality, Innovative, Competitive, Internationally recognized” Research • Target Group: Any Researcher or Research Team. • Grant amount: 1,000,000 EGP for a minimum period of two years • Funding for PI • Funding for PI’s Assistants • Participation in the cost of Scientific Publishing • Participation in the cost of Short Missions. • Cost of Equipment • Indirect Costs • Application Procedure: www.stdf.org.eg
