RF Radiation Pollution is a Public Health Issue • FCC is not a health agency. • FCC RF Safety limits: • Come from private industry groups • Provide protection only from heating effects. • Allow more radiation than many countries. • Ignore all studies showing non-thermal biological effects. • Are based on studies published before 1986.
