  5. Message from Pujya Shri Dwarkeshbawa (our Spiritual Benefactor on this occasion)

Update on Acquisition this facility • Closing expected by mid-April or earlier • Mountain View escrow closing is in process • We have taken possession of this facility on February 1st -WE ARE MOVING FORWARD…… • We still NEED to collect outstanding pledges and continue to seek for new donations.

  7. Looking at the Big Picture • Build and Start our activities, programs for Kids, Youths, Adults – Cultural, Social and Religious. • Blessing and an official Inauguration of Shreemaya Krishnadham in presence of our Pujya Indirabetiji and Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj in May. • Swaroop Pratishtha and moving toward full fledge Haveli (12 – 18 months)

  8. Focus – for next 3 months • Introduce NEW activities and programs • Definition of operational aspects of the facility. • Onsite Care taker/Adminstrator • Hours for Darshan, Satsang, Activities and Programs (kids, Youths and Seniors) • Rental of the community hall and Dining area • Buying of day to day essentials (Computer, Internet Connectivity, Tables, Chairs, Class room supplies…) • Create focus committees to build and introduce new programs to grow and nurture our Parivaar

  9. Hours of operation • Monday to Friday • 7:00pm – 8:30 pm • Saturday & Sunday • Saturday: 3:00pm - 7:00pm • Sunday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Program and Activities • Monday to Friday (7:00pm – 8:30pm) • 8:00pm - Aarti (Starting TOMORROW Monday – 2/11/2008) • Saturday (3:00pm – 7:00pm) • 3:00 – 6:00 - Focus Committee Activities (Starting 2/23/2008) • 6:00 - Aarti • Sunday (1:00pm – 7:00pm) • 1:00 – 3:00 – Focus Committee Activities, Activities for (Games, competitions, etc) for Kids, Teens and Youth (Starting 2/24/2008) • 3:00 – 5:00 – Gujarati Class (On Going, but now at our facility) • 4:00 – 6:00 – Satsang for Youth, Seniors (Starting 2/24/2008) • 6:00 – Aarti • 6:30 – Mahaprasad (Starting 2/24/2008)
