  2. Dover Farms • Four short streets: • Dover Farms Road • Ann’s Way • Hughes Lane • Monroe Court • 20 Individually Owned Homes and Lots (5 are affordable – 40B)

  3. Standard Subdivision • All homes and lots individually owned • We are NOT condos but standard residences • The HOA has full right of way on the streets and common areas • All roads and access built to Town standards • Width, paving, curbs, access, drainage – all built to code • Designed by the builder as a standard subdivision

  4. Citizens Petition • All work has been completed and on file with the Town • Acceptance Plan & Engineering Certified Drawings • We are all taxpayers • We are requesting the same rights as other Town residents for street plowing and maintenance
